Grab the family and head out to Sundown in the City which is one of Knoxville's favorite FREE concert events. The concert series takes place during the summer on Thursdays and is held at Market Square.

Since 1991 Regal Entertainment has offered FREE (yes free) summer movies for kids and parents and it still continues every year. The select movies take place every Tuesday & Wednesday during the summer months

Cades Cove is an isolated valley located in the Tennessee section of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, USA. The valley was home to numerous settlers before the formation of the national park. Today Cades Cove is the single most popular destination for visitors to the park, attracting over two million visitors a year, due to its well preserved homesteads, scenic mountain views, and abundant display of wildlife
The Sunsphere is home to a free public observation deck which gives visitors one of the best views of Knoxville's downtown, the University of Tennessee, and the mountains along the horizon. Built for the 1982 World's Fair and located next to the Knoxville Convention Center and World's Fair Park, this golden globe above the city is open everyday from 8am to 10 pm. The small exhibit inside gives a glimpse back to 1982 and shares the importance of the World's Fair to the city.
